Thomas J. Hutzel
Chief Financial Officer
Tom joined FrontStreet as the Chief Financial Officer four years ago, to grow the company from an entrepreneurial start-up to a national brand. Bringing three decades of Wall Street experience, where he served in a C-level capacity, Tom worked with early stage funding, corporate restructuring, and global expansion of service businesses. Prior to joining, Tom partnered with Skip Warner, FrontStreet’s current COO, where they spearheaded global expansion of back-office support at the world’s largest expert network. Partnering again at FrontStreet, they endeavor to lead the team as an agile and valuable partner to our portfolio of client companies. Unknown to most, Tom is a talented chef and mixologist. He enjoys cooking for his wife and three children, as well as hosting small events. Most of Tom’s spare time is spent outdoors, near his home on the North Shore of Long Island.
Chief Operating Officer
Skip brings to FrontStreet over twenty years of financial and managerial experience having led accounting and operations teams in multiple service industries. Adept at translating numbers into dollars, while having an acumen for process improvements and systems automation, Skip carried FrontStreet into the new millennium. He previously spent several years at the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), dedicated to building a global enterprise connecting business professionals with industry experts to solve problems through a “platform for professional learning”. He then came to FrontStreet and partnered with Tom Hutzel, former colleague at GLG and FrontStreet’s current CFO, to once again grow a fledgling business. When not in the office, Skip can be found swinging a hammer, lending his handyman skills to friends and family or riding his motorcycle along the Long Island shore. He enjoys time at home with his wife and two kids and coaching his son’s soccer team.
Vice President of National Accounts
Stephan recently joined FrontStreet as the Vice President of National Accounts. An Atlanta, GA native, he travels the country building relationships with both existing and new clients. Previously, Stephan led regional business development for Brightview Landscapes. He spent many years as an Account Executive with G&K Services, building expertise in the uniform and facility services space. Stephan enjoys spending time with his wife and children when he’s not off jet setting.
Senior Director of Client Services
As the Senior Director of Client Services, Gina leads the operational support teams to seamlessly triage work orders and communicate efficiently with clients. In Gina’s short tenure of two years at FrontStreet, she has been transformational in the execution of client service through the use of our technology platform and team building. Focusing her career exclusively in facilities management, Gina traversed both the client and service provider sides of the industry. A native of Chicago, and an avid Cubs fan, Gina now resides on Long Island, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Director of Client Services
Joe has been in the facility maintenance industry since 2004. He has been an enthusiastic and motivated leader in his field. When he began, he introduced himself to the industry ready to gain as much experience as possible. Joe began his career in Facility Services while living in Florida. He moved quickly gaining experience in Business Development, Field Operations, Customer Relations and integrating all of this. Joe is now focused on management. He joined FrontStreet in 2016 as the Director of Client Services. Joe is a Long Island Native, but an intense Philadelphia Eagles fan. He maximizes every moment and loves spending time with his wife and 2 boys. Joe enjoys getting on the golf course and loves being on the water.
Director of Vendor Management & Procurement
Maria joined FrontStreet in 2017 as the Director of the newly formed Vendor Management and Procurement Department. Charged with building meaningful relationships with our vendor and technician base, the Vendor Management Department directly manages service providers to onboard them and engage them in successful partnerships with our company. Born and raised in Barcelona, Maria brings extensive experience in the Facilities Management industry nationally and internationally. She moved to New York a few years ago and enjoys travelling, nature and the beautiful beaches of Long Island.
